A: The discharge permit consists of the original and the copy. The original contains the basic information, the copy includes the basic information, registration, licensing, commitment and other content.
(1) Basic information includes: name, address, legal representative or main responsible person, technical responsible person, address of production and business site, industry category, social unified credit code, validity period of pollutant discharge permit, issuing authority, issuing date, certificate number, TWO-DIMENSIONAL code, etc.

(3) The permitted items include: quantity and location of sewage outlets, emission modes, emission destinations, quantity and location of non-organized atmospheric emission sources; Types of pollutants to be discharged, permitted emission concentrations and discharge amounts; Environmental management requirements mainly include the requirements for the operation and maintenance of pollution prevention and control facilities, unorganized emission control and self-monitoring, ledger records, implementation reports and information disclosure.
The first permits are valid for three years, and the renewal permits are valid for five years. The discharge permit shall take effect on the date of the decision. For backward processes and equipment or products that are included in the industrial policy catalogue jointly issued by the comprehensive economic and macro-control department under The State Council and other relevant departments under The State Council and are to be eliminated, the validity period of the discharge permit shall not exceed the planned period of elimination.
